1 slice batard bread

A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of Classic Hummus

1 slice of heirloom tomato
-
A sprinkle of kosher salt

A handful of arugula micro-greens

A pop of pomegranate
Directions
In a small skillet, add evoo, when warm, toast the slice of the batard bread on both sides until crispy.
Smother the toast with hummus and top with tomato, sprinkle salt, arugula micro-greens, evoo, and top off with pomegranate.
